We accept and are members of numerous insurance companies, most of which are PPO's. In order to provide you with the most accurate information, we request that you phone the Customer Service number on your card and ask if the physician you are interested in seeing is a provider. Please note we do not accept Medi-Cal or HMO's.

If surgery is required, we will contact your insurance company and notify them of the forthcoming surgery. We will do our best to assist you in any way we can. However, we can make no guarantees in reference to payment and ultimately, the patient is responsible for all services rendered in the event the insurance company denies a claim or defaults for any reason.

We do not bill insurance companies or patients for cosmetic surgery or related procedures.
